-50 assorted tassels from home décor, gifts, Hall of Fame decorations, etc…
-Magee’s cat collar 1987 – 1992, when we moved, with our Rocky River phone number
-burlap wired ribbon from a flower planter sent for Mike’s funeral
-red woven ribbon from a long ago Talbots gift bag
-late 1990’s hat with a mesh poof
-mid 1990’s hat with a feather that is the same plastic material as the other hat
-mesh bags collected by my son: 1 white onion, 2 red potatoes, 3 yellow, 1 maroon, 1 green limes, 1 green, 8 red
-2 black mesh bags from liquor bottles
-1 white foam thing from a fruit basket
Nametag is my Bay High School parking pass for varsity football games seasons 1987-1989
The challenge of this dress was to support the weight of the tassels and in some case, deal with the length as well. An odd assortment of woven items proved to be a challenge. The tomato frame was a bit overwhelming but did produce a silhouette not yet used in this series.
