Another in the napkin series, this ball gown won Best in Show at the Stark County Artists Exhibition at the Massillon Museum in 2018. It required numerous repairs after walking the runway and before exhibition. I made the mistake of not attaching the napkins to a muslin base, only to each other, forgetting the effect of weight upon paper. All the napkins in my garments are handstitched together which weakens the paper even further. The picture on the black tank top is of me taking my monthly calcium pill for osteoporosis, hence pointing to my hip bone.
